Support Us
Over the years a stream of students from academic institutions from varied backgrounds including development and gender studies, social work, journalism and media studies, have interned with our various work areas be it the work with women, community building in Kolar, Anekal and Bangalore communities or with communications and media. This gives them a more grounded idea of the issues they study at the academic level while allowing them to contribute to the work of the organisation. We welcome interested students to intern with us in any of our areas of work. But do write to us in advance to help us plan better and ensure that this is an enhancing experience both for you and for us!
Volunteers and in fact voluntary work has been the backbone of the functioning of the Collective. People with creativity, commitment and passion towards working on issues related to justice, dignity and rights of the most vulnerable have contributed immensely to the work. We welcome those who would like to contribute their spare time or want to take a break from their professional life and contribute to the work of the organisation at several levels from communications, community engagement to campaigns and networking.
Our work and dreams have been sustained by several institutional and individual donors – both from within the country and outside. Our immense gratitude to them. And for the long term partnership of those who have also become friends and fellow travellers who along with us have dreamt that a better world is indeed possible! We welcome the support and contribution of all those who share this dream would be happy to contribute to our collective efforts at sustaining pluralistic visions and practices.
